Do 150 DUs, then do as many burpee broad jumps as possible. Score is broad jump distance.

    WOD: 156 ft Rx (3 mats lengths plus a BIG jump)

    1. I think what I actually meant was 2.5 mat lengths? So just 150 ft? Don’t know how I got that number…

      1. Each mat is ~6′ (long direction), and the full mat length is 60’… so 2.5 mat lengths would be 150′ πŸ™‚
