  1. PC: 133#
WOD: ???, completely lost count, but it wasn’t very many reps.

  2. hi all! in case you haven’t noticed, i haven’t been at the gym the last week or so. well, it turns out that i’m not just cherry picking workouts but that i moved back to va beach! the job went sour/got eliminated in Cville, so i took a position back here at home. i totally snuck out the back door at CF Cville, but I’m not a big one for goodbyes. and i know that i will be back to visit often!

that being said, i want to thank all of you for the very warm welcome to cville and crossfit charlottesville. i had an amazing experience at your gym and with your CF community. i hit a lot of PRs but also made a lot of new friends. i wish you all the best, and i’ll see you for a few drop-ins. let me know if you are in the VB area!

    1. You should totally go join the gym Cat works at!!! She’ll make sure you keep hitting PRs, I bet. We loved having you (if you hadn’t noticed), and I am sad that you won’t be there when I return in the Spring, but I’m sure you’ll continue to tear up WODs as per usual no matter where you are.

    2. 🙁 will miss you Jen. Hope being back on the coast treats you well.

    3. Yes, you did sneak out…and yes, you DID hit some really nice PR’s! We’ll miss you! Come and visit when you can!

    4. i misss youuuuu 🙁

    5. Best to you, Jen! I’m going to miss our lunch-time workouts, but I hope you’ll be happy in your new job. Stay in touch!!

      1. We’ll miss you, Jen! I hope you’re excited about the new job. I’ll actually be in Virginia Beach this weekend – I’ll keep an eye out for you! 🙂

    6. Best wishes in Va Beach Jen! Come visit in Cville anytime you’re in town. Sorry to hear about the job.

  3. So I can sort of actually do this WOD in my little studio apartment!

Did a similar squat set last week: squat clean x2x5 @65kg (143#, with 1 minute rest between sets)

WOD (subbed sit-ups for DUs because as I was warming up/seeing if I even had room for the rope to move, the downstairs neighbors banged on their ceiling. I guess the jumping is kind of loud).

PUs: 46 (ugh super slowed down)
    SUs: 81
FSs (using my ~40# suitcase b/c that’s what I had, that was interesting): 64

    Total: 191 (totally not rx)

  4. PC: 133#
    WOD: PU – 58
    DU – 8 (41/5 – PR 14 unbroken)\
    FS – 19

    Total: 85 Rx

  5. PC: 5 sets @94#; 5 sets @104# (okay sorry for the weight change but i finally broke 100 on my cleans!)
    WOD: 63pushups + (100DUs/5) + 17FS@77# = 100.

  6. PC: Skill work at 79#
    WOD: 48 push-ups + (60DUs/5) + 30FS (57#) = 90 reps

  7. PC: 77#
WOD: 42 pushups, 40 FS (67#) = 82 reps. Not even counting DU’s because I got maybe 6 or 7 total. Still working on them…

  8. PC: 57#

    WOD: 37 (knee PU), (350SU/20), 27 FS (45#) = 81 reps

  9. PC: 121
    WOD: 80PU, 15 DU, 26 FS= 121 rx

  10. PC: 111
    WOD: FS- 29Rx; PU- 40; DU- 30

  11. PC: 111
    WOD: PU – 57; DU – 20; FS: 25 = 102 Rx

Feeling really beat up today… Also feeling like I need to remember $11 for Devon and get that speed rope.

    1. No worries. . . just take it.

    2. I’ve got my checkbook in my bag for today! I don’t want to make it easier for myself to forget…

  12. PC: 45 #
    WOD: 44 pushups, 20 DU/5 + 200 SU/20, 23 FS (45#) = 81

  13. PC: 104
    WOD: 50,130 (26 pts), 24 = 100

  14. PC – 155 (too easy)

    WOD – 80, 100 (20 pts), 30 = 130 Rx

  15. PC: 111lbs (these felt super easy, just gota take it easy on my back for a couple more weeks then definitely looking at a big PR)
    WOD: PU-53, SU-210/20=10.5, FS (67#)-34
total score = 97.5 (need to get a new rope so I can start doing DUs again)

  16. PC: 57#
    WOD: PU- 44, SU- 150/15=10, FS (57#)- 32
    Total: 86

  17. at the UVA gym because I couldn’t make it to class today, so no power cleans 🙁

    WOD: 54 pu + 142 du (28 points); 31 fs (@ 55#) = 113

  18. pc: 99#
    wod: 106 Rx

  19. PC: 57…but I think I could have gone heavier, which makes me happy.
WOD: 91 (knee push ups, 42#)

  20. PC- #82
    WOD- 113 w/ #72
    Legs dead…

    1. 65 PU’s, 80 DU’s (16), 32 FS’s

  21. PC: 185#

    WOD: 136 rxd

  22. 185 (195 for 6 reps)
Did some active recovery stuff mixed with double unders (new pr 122 consecutive du’s)

  23. PC: 111# Jason said to higher next time… but my legs were toast
    WOD: 44 + 27 + 26 = 97 reps @ 89#

  24. PC: 79#
    WOD: 31 PUs + (100 DUs/5) + 37 FS = 88
(Modified for recovery since I’d also maxed out my bench press. 5 Tabata rounds of each movement, 35# bar for FS. Thanks Jason!)

    1. Jason is a genius! He fixed my lower back with a tabata recovery WOD on Thurs.

PS: Nice job on the bench max!

      1. that’s why he’s a “Dr.” and we’re not

  25. PC: 77# (too light)
    WOD: 50 pushups + (83/5) double unders + 27 front squats @ 67#

    1. and that adds up to 94

  26. WOD: 65, 20, 27 = 112 Rx’d

  27. PC: 89#
    // WOD – 62 (35/3/21)/111#
