You and your partner can either row or do swings, but you can only score points when someone is actively rowing. Points are total number of calories rowed after 15 minutes plus total number of kettlebell swings.

Why can’t we have a like/badass feature on this? Seriously, seeing people like my on-ramp partner Sam and all the ladies from Monday PR lifts and workouts inspires the rest of us to push that much harder. I wish I actually deserved half the credit my WOD partner gave me today…

pff whatever! I forgot to mention how I threw the kettlebell in anger after it flipped around and whacked me at the top of my swing. Good times.
Ouch! I was oblivious to the Lydia Rage moment, but I came very close to hurling my KB as my hands got sweatier…
