You have 12 min to complete a:

  • 400 M Farmers Carry  (one weight in each hand)

and

  • As many Clean and Jerks as possible

Clean and Jerk
(M-135 W-95)
Scaled 1 (M-115 W-75)
Scaled 2 (M-95 W-65)

Record total number of Clean and Jerks

    PC&J: 111 lbs, 12 reps (this was moderately easy with only 2min left, could have gone Rx)

  13. CF Werk (Berlin) was doing “Annie”. I couldn’t make it in, but I realized I could do it in my hotel room.

  16. 37 rx except farmers carry was 53# one hand and 70# the other. The 70# carry made life suck a lot more.
