Wod #1: 7 AMRAP 300m row, 21 KB (1.5/1pood), 12 burpees
2 rounds, 300m row rx (tied for 2nd… I’m the only girl competing rx so this is all against the boys)
Wod #2: 21-15-9 WBs (20/14, 10′ target), sit-ups (unanchored), box jumps (24″/20″, must rest at top of box with full hip extension)
