    WOD: 5:04 @ 135# (obviously pretty light/easy and all unbroken, but I have no idea how you “vertically challenged” people fly through your burpees so fast…haha)

  10. Friday: Oly lifting —
    tall jerk (behind the neck) 5-5-5: 25kg, 30kg, 35kg
    High hang squat snatch in sets of 3: 30kg (x2), 35kg (x2), 40kg (x2), 45kg (x2)

    Saturday: “Primal Competition” wods 1 (make-up) and 2 (30 minutes after wod #1)
    Wod #1: 7 AMRAP 300m row, 21 KB (1.5/1pood), 12 burpees
    2 rounds, 300m row rx (tied for 2nd… I’m the only girl competing rx so this is all against the boys)

    Wod #2: 21-15-9 WBs (20/14, 10′ target), sit-ups (unanchored), box jumps (24″/20″, must rest at top of box with full hip extension)
    4:10 rx (2nd place)

    overall after first 2 wods: 2nd place
