      1. Wow, hey Emily! It has indeed been a long time. I am very new; so far I generally do M-W-F noon classes, but for the next 2 weeks I’ll be traveling, simulating the workouts from hotel gyms.

    also did some heavy split jerks: 185×3, 195×3, 3 singles at 211 (1 fail, other 2 successful)

  14. 12:43 w/ 47# SN, 20# dbs
    (sore shoulder still)
