then did some power snatch +2 OHS (x3) worked up to 45kg
SC: 89, 111,133 x 5… grip is the limiting factor by far
WOD: 35#, RB dips until round 6, BB dips with final 2 rounds 6 reps…also, I hit myself in the face with the blue band coming off the rings…awesome 😛
Wod: 30# DB, muscle up to 4 ring dips and a second mu every round. was able to go up to the 8th round unbroken, then had to jump down and get back up the last two rounds to do the 2nd mu.
