    then my cousin (who’s visiting me in Athens and is a breakdancer) taught me some basic freezes, so I worked on those with her, and some hand plants. Funsies!!!

    Then 1 minute plank holds x4 with 1 minute rest between.

    Might’ve been able to get sub-7:00 if I hadn’t had to drop my weight. Those cleans were surprisingly tough.
