    WOD: 14;20 (rowed instead; OHS w 20#)

  2. sp: 104#
    wod: 14:07 @ 67#

  3. SP: 111#
WOD: lets just say my shoulders weren’t agreeing with me today…haha

  4. SP: 121#; WOD: 13:20 RX – hesitant to put it up on the record board because I didn’t achieve full depth on some reps. Happy with how it went overall though.

  5. sp:50#
    wod: 19:07 (ohs 37#)

  6. SP: 45#
    WOD: 20:11 (50#) PR!

  7. SP: 47#
WOD: 19:41 (57#, not all from)

  8. SP: 62#
    WOD: 19:39 (47#)

A little over 2 min slower than July, but 10# heavier and my last run was more of a hobble-jog due to a possibly re-injured knee. 🙁

  9. SP: 60, then 65. WOD@ 18:47 Row and sub FS@55 lb.

  10. SP: 47#
    WOD: 10:51 (3 rounds, 42#)

  11. SP: 2 @ 57#, 8 @ 62#

WOD: 20:57 (57#) – 2:03 longer than july, but 27# heavier (thanks kyle for the encouragement and making me stick with it!)

    1. *32# heavier. you’d think i’d be good at math…

      1. Daaaaaaamn. Nice job!

  12. SP: 99#
    WOD: 21+ (Front squats @ 89# and 67#)

  13. SP: 72#
WOD: 18:14 @ 37#, which is 2# heavier and either somewhat slower or A LOT slower than what I did in July, depending on which time was right. Chris tried to comfort me by suggesting that the quality of my squats was probably better this time around (thanks!). I’ll try to cling to that belief…

  14. SP: 5 sets @ 69#, 5 sets @ 81#
WOD: 10:47 for 3 rounds with 37#. OHS getting more comfortable, but that’s not saying much…
