Skill: Ring dips
- choose a number of dips that you know you can do to start with.
- Each round you must perform at least one or more ring dips greater than the previous round.
- (Ex. first round you do 5 reps, 2nd round you do 7 reps, third round you must do 8+ reps, etc.)
- 15 min. cut off
Complete as much as you can in 2 minutes of:
- 250 M Row
- As many Squat Clean to thruster (75% of you 1 RM) as possible
- Rest 1 min
Record weight used and total number of Squat clean to thrusters for all five rounds.
