Tuesday: Ring dips and Row+Squat Cleans

Skill: Ring dips

4 Rounds

  • choose a number of dips that you know you can do to start with.
  • Each round you must perform at least one or more ring dips greater than the previous round.
  • (Ex. first round you do 5 reps, 2nd round you do 7 reps, third round you must do 8+ reps, etc.)
  • 15 min. cut off

WOD
5 Rounds

Complete as much as you can in 2 minutes of:

  • 250 M Row
  • As many Squat Clean to thruster (75% of you 1 RM) as possible
  • Rest 1 min

Record weight used and total number of Squat clean to thrusters for all five rounds.

  12. Static holds/sets of 3-4 ring dips
    Wod: 23 @ 89# (work on keeping feet closer together and elbows up)
