  1. WOD: 5 rounds + deadlifts and 11 squats of the 6th round. 135# DL, 35# squats, 150 single-unders.

    Still very sore from Monday in lats and triceps.

    First day with my new shoes. Going to take a little while to get used to double unders with shoelaces.
