Friday: Hang Power Snatch and Push Press

Spend the first 10-15 minutes working onHang Power Snatch.

WOD

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Push Press the first minute, 2 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Push Press the second minute, etc. Continue adding one rep per minute until you can no longer finish the movements within the time frame.

Once you finish, immediately jump on the rower and row a 1k row for time.

Suggested weights (M-115 W-75)

You will use the same barbell and weight for both movements.

Record total number of rounds completed as well as row

  11. 10 rnds + 11 snatch, 5 PP (37# – took it light for my shoulders), 4:13 row

  12. 9 rds, 72#, 4:11

  13. Hotel WOD (Saturday): 10min AMRAP 10 pushups, 10 situps, 5 doorway pullups, 10 walking lunges. 3 3/4 rounds, went to knee pushups halfway through 3rd round.

  14. Saturday make-up:
    8 full rds + 9 snatch at 57# + 4:18 row
