(60 to 70% of your max, it shouldn’t feel too heavy; weights will increase in future weeks, no changing weights in the middle of sets, time is important: 60 seconds between sets)

WOD
3 Rounds

  • 15 Burpees**
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Toes to bar

**Burpees-Each jump for your burpee must be at least six inches off the ground, set up under the rings so that you have a target to aim for each jump if you need to.

  1. I find myself in a hotel gym again.
    Attempted 5×5 shoulder press using those crazy machines (@50# while seated?)
    8-min AMRAP:
    10-ft handstand walk
    10 burpees
    15 air squats
    (got 5 rounds exactly)

    WOD: 11:21 (I think) w/20 toes to rings subbed for t2b ’cause my hands are still healing from Wednesday’s t2bs!

    Clean 3-3-3-1-1-1 – got 190 on the last single, could not get under 195

    Snatch – 3-3-3-1-1-1 – 135, barely, so sad

    100 pullups for time: 3:48 – 11 second PR, with 50 unbroken
