For time:

  • 50 Box jumps 24/18 (inch box)
  • 50 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings (45# / 35#)
  • Walking Lunge 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press (45 pounds)
  • 50 Back extensions,
  • 50 Wall ball shots (20/14 pound ball)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders

  1. 35:32 (14# WB)
    Totally ran out of gas, oh well.
    Slower by 5:20, but heavier and taller all around. Should have done better.

  2. 13:52 but with only 30 reps per exercise. Dirty Thirty instead of Filthy Fifty. 18″ box jumps because I have no ups and no DUs only 90 singles on the jumprope b/c I need to ease up on sucking so much at jumprope. Still nearly vomited.

  4. got to du’s, of which I did 40su’s. . . finished the burpees for the first time. subbed 8lb wall ball for last 40 reps

  5. 28:52 rx except for 12# wb

    14 seconds slower than last time, but last time I used a 10# wb and 35# for the push press and good mornings (I think that last time 35# was considered rx for girls … it seems weird that guys and girls would have the same rx weight). My knees to elbows were definitely better this time, too, though there were still some that were more like knees to armpit. Totally rx next time!

  7. Hate I missed this week! All the workouts looked sick! Filthy 50 was the first WOD I ever did. Make it up next Saturday?

    OMG K2E. 5 minutes slower than last year, but almost entirely Rx this time whereas last year was almost entirely scaled back.

  18. 16:02 scaled to 3 0 reps (except for boxjumps), 25#kb, 35#pp, 12#wb, single unders x3

  19. 17:38ish. But I’ll give it a go in a few weeks before getting an official time because of some iffy K2E’s that were more K2triceps.

  20. 31.10 rx except for subbing GM’s for back extensions and150 SU’s for DU’s
