  1. 4 rounds plus 500m rowing. 150 singles instead of 50 du.

  2. 3 rds + jump, row & 8 squats. Ran 1 rd, rowed 3, scaled DUs to 25 and got most of them – finally!!

  3. 5 rounds + 30 du’s

  4. again, @CF Estero, open gym: DU fail.

    3 rnds + DU + 50m — was on pace for 4 full rounds until the 4th round of DUs took me nearly 5 full mins. frown.

    *After not doing crossfit for a week, this was not a great one to come home to. I think I left my lung on the floor.

  16. 4 rds plus a couple squats. Subbed 100 single-unders.
