  1. BP: 105#, dropped to 95# on the last set.
    WOD: 2, plus a run and 6 pulls (switched from climbs to pulls halfway thru)

  2. No BP while my shoulder figures itself out
    WOD: 3 rnds + run in 13:15 Rx-ish (had to do 15 PUs the first round because ropes were taken)

  3. BP: 185,195,205,215,225×3
    dips, hogs and BP…big time chest week.
    WOD: 4rnds + run in 13:55

    1. I wondered why I was so sore! I was blaming the mattress.

  4. BP: 5rds @127# (PR by 6#)
    WOD: 3 rnds even (400m rows-3 rope climbs rnd 1 then 15 PUs rnds 2&3)
    First rope climbs in probably 40 years!

    1. 205 bp, failed at three on the last set

  15. BP: 126 (major fail on the last rep..oops)
    WOD: 3 rounds rx w/ runs and 185m (last minute)

  16. 195 x 5 failed on very last rep of 5th set.

  17. BS: 3 sets of 5 at 138#

    WOD: 4 rds + 172m (rope-pulls, row)

  18. BP – 167#

    WOD – 3 rds + row (touched bottom of beam on rope climbs)

    WOD: 3 rounds + run (finished last run at about 13:08)

      1. omg glorious. the whole place is so nice, and the pull-up structure in the middle (see FB picture) is sick.

  21. BP: 190# perfect weight for that rep scheme
    WOD: 3 rounds – epic failure on rounds 2 and 3 of the rope climbs and after much aggravation had to sub in some rope stand-ups. Realized later it was because i was wearing my running shoes, which have no grip whatsoever at this point, as worn down as they are. Most frustrating thing ever so far at Xfit, because I had rope-climbed really well last time, and I didn’t know what was going wrong.
