  • 20 Toes to Bar

Rest 5 min.

As many reps as possible in 2 minutes:

  • Sandbag half moons*

*Place sandbag by one foot, with both hands pick up the sand bang, bringing it over your head (in a half moon shape) and place it next to your other foot.  Repeat for two minutes.
