  1. 7rnds + 4wb (67#, 10#)

    T2B deteriorated…

  2. 7rnds + 5PC+ 5T2B (67# PC, 12# WB)

  3. Oh man, I’d LOVE to do this one again, since the PCs won’t be as much of a struggle as last year. Maybe some Saturday in February.

Sadly, confined to hotel gym today. Dreadmill 5K in a comfy 30:15.

    1. heh… dreadmill 🙂

    2. ewwww dreadmill. I wouldn’t mind doing this again, either, since now I know how to do T2B faster. But I’d rather stick with the original rx’d 100# women’s weight rather than 105# as listed here. 5# makes a difference!

  4. Knocked it down to ten minutes, really worn out/ sore

    WoD: 4 Rounds + 8 T2B (94#)

  5. 7 rds + 6 pc @133#

  6. 7 rds + 5 pc (99# pc, 14# wb)

  7. Dumbbell warmup: deadlift, bench, squat

WOD in a hotel gym with a bunch of silly people all around…

    21-15-9
    Dumbbell lunges 50#
    Handstand Pushups
    Dumbbell Power Cleans 50#
    50 Doubleunders

    10:48

  8. 3 rnds (maybe 4?) – 5WB (79#, 10#, 10 mins) – headcold FTW. yikes.

    1. T2R, not T2B

  9. 8 rounds + 10 T2R (95#, 14# @ 9 ft, T2R)
This commenting thing is fun! 🙂

  10. 9 Rds + 5 PC+10 T2Rings (PC-99#)

  11. 10 rds + 1 wb rx

  12. 8 rds + 1 clean rx

  13. 10 rds + 2 wbs (sub 45# KB swing – “snatch style” for PCs, rest Rx)

first time doing WBs post injury, all unbroken.

Dr’s appointment tomorrow morning, after that should be cleared for EVERYTHING!

  14. 10 rds.+2 T2B Rx’d

  15. 4 rds + PC + T2B (89# PC, 10# WB, 10 min)

6 points less than April, but heavier PC and WB, plus T2B rather than K2E

  16. 4 rounds + pc and t2b (89# pc, 12# wb, 10 minutes)

  17. 11 Rounds 5 PC Rx
