    Worked on triple unders again, got about 10 or so but still no where near stringing them together

  11. The bad news is that it took me 23 min to finish (20lbs). I was really struggling, I walked for part of one of the runs and I only did 10 burpees and 5 db squats on the second round. The good news is, I did not throw up once.

  14. Full RX’d Murph at Fit2Fight Crossfit in Omaha tonight. 30# combat body armour vest, and unpartitioned movements. Not doing rounds of Cindy made this a real slog. Salute sir, and rest in peace!

    First day back after taking a week off to rest shoulder, so went light on the weights.
