    8 rounds, 111 PUs. Ran out of time in the final round doing the pull-ups – was at 8 when time was called. got better with the kipping as it went along. HANDS!!!

  3. 6 rounds. 500m row and 55 ring rows.

  4. 6 rounds with 20 pull ups per round = 120. Stopped at 18:45

  5. 6 rounds, but ran out of time on last one

    16, 13, 14, 15, 14, 7 = 79

    Last time I did this was in 2009 in the old space. I couldn’t kip, and I think I got like 3 strict. Pretty sure it was http://crossfitcharlottesville.com/2009/08/09/monday-workout-nicole/ but I didn’t post often then. I wish I had! So even if you’re new, always post!! Its fun to see how much you’ve improved later 🙂

  9. 6 rds of pullups for 53 reps, 7 runs. finished at 20:36

  10. 7rds on the rower + 44 PU’s

  11. First running WOD post-injury

    5 rds, (16, 15, 15, 15, 15) 76 pull ups
    Finished 6th run at 21:30.

  12. 5 rds, 10/10/10/9/9 = 48 (red band PUs, stopped at 19:30)

    Didn’t push too hard on the runs. Tried to use them as active recovery, but it’s also really hard to push yourself to go faster when there’s no one to chase. Doing WODs alone is no fun. I need a buddy! 🙂
