  2. 18:40 @ 155# (3-400m row, 2-400m runs = row/run/row/run/row) the rowing destroyed my legs, should have ran all 5 but am always worried about shin splints

  4. 15:45 with 89# push jerks. It felt too light, but I was referring to my notes about 111# being my 1RM. I guess I am getting stronger 🙂

    Failed on the last rep of round 4 and just vowed to make it up on round 5. Chris yelled at me too, that helped.

  7. Pistol work: BW x 5 each, +20 lbs x 4 each (upside-down), +35 lbs x 3 R (overhead), +20 lbs x 3 L (overhead), +45 lbs x 2 each (goblet), +53 lbs x 1 each (goblet, 2 sets)

    Clean and Jerk: worked up to 90 kg x 1, failed miserably at 95 kg, then 80 kg x 2

  8. WOD: 19:45 (90# could have maybe pushed a little more with the weight, runs still slowing me down)

  9. pistols: right leg: shaky success, left leg: instant collapse
    WOD: 19:15 (row, 57# hang C&J, bathroom break)

  10. WOD: 20:48 (100#)

    I know I turned around early accidentally (wrong bump in the road, wod brain) on round 2 but I ran extra on round 3, I promise!!!

    Pistols to 12″ box with 10k plate. sooo close to unassisted.
