  1. at hotel gym.
    8 min tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest):
    – handstand holds
    – dumbbell goblet squats @35# (did about 78 squats total)
    (2 min. each movement hs, sq, hs, sq until 8 minutes finished)

  2. WOD: 81
    followed by 5 rds: 20 air squats, 15 V-ups

  3. 61 – pushups/jumping air squats

  4. 93 (around 10 heavily questioned)

    1. Holy cats son, that’s just straight up redonkulous!

  5. 120, won’t eat a big breakfast beforehand next time..
