Pullups are done on the minute, starting in the first minute. Only one person working a time. You must tag your partner out, so wait against the wall. Your score is total number of squat clean thrusters.

WOD #2 – 12:18 (sub 20 nose touches on wall for handstand walk, KB/T2B all broken except first round of KB)
WOD #3 – with Joyce, 49 reps. reps split about 70/30 (me C2B, joyce Thrusters) confusion at the end, we may have skipped the last minute of the WOD, or everyone else did an extra minute.

so we did 8 or 9 minutes
I think we did 9 minutes. When Kyle said we were done I was excited and didn’t question it ahahah

No team wod, shoulder was acting up a bit so did a few sets of 21 russian swings with the 88#kb

WOD 2: 7:58 (45#, 15 wall handstand hand pick-ups, not unbroken)… yeah…. this one wasn’t so great
