    Strength:
    3×3 Strict Press @65# focusing on midline stability. Interestingly, the easiest I’ve ever lifted this much weight with a strict press for multiple reps. Apparently despite having become cardio-pathetic and chubby, my injury has not led to as much strength loss as I feared.

    WOD: 5:56 with 225 singles to keep it fast rather than bog down with DUs. Would have slogged through the doubles but Chris indicated that the goal was speed on this workout.

    WOD: 6:50 with SU’s (lost count but am sure it was at least 225). Need to work on DU’s big time!
