    As of today I can hang clean more than I can clean. Say whaaaaat.

    1. That’s always been me! Because I suck at the first pull…

  6. 55#, focused on technique and improving shoulder mobility. snatch+overhead squat=super goat.

  8. Snatch: worked up to 65 kg x 3 reps (143 lbs), mostly power snatch, could work on keeping the bar closer to me “in the pockets” on the pull and starting more upright.

  9. Snatch 3 rep max = 85# PR
    Tried for 1rep max @90# fail. Still mastering technique.

    Did lots of technique drills.
    Then 4 sets of 5 @75#.
    Then pulled singles @100#.
