  1. Really think doing heavy 5x’s 2 days before the Open with that in them will be a good thing? Don’t think I’ll be hitting any PR’s tomorrow!

    They should have made this next one 17 minutes long and gotten everyone thinking about the patterns in times and reps…

    1. don’t go too heavy if you are doing the WOD for a score, duh.

      1. I dunno. I maxed my PP on Tuesday and did 12.3 minutes after it was announced. Shoulders were fine. It’s the whole “18 AMRAP” part that sucks (especially if you only ‘condition’ 1x/week like me).

        Just keep moving… keep moving…

  2. Any stipulations on how the KB snatch are completed? Equal number left and right arm? All one arm round one and all the other arm round two? Free for all?

    1:45 row, 22 reps

    Rest or technique day tomorrow – then it’s on like Donkey Kong for Saturday!

    WOD: 23 reps Rx’d with torn hands then ran a 400m/max pushups (34) for the second round
