  1. What times are judged runs of the WOD going on Saturday?

    I’m taking the day off tomorrow to prepare. By tilling up and planting a new garden!

  3. 6 rds (55pp, rest rx)

  4. 6 rounds + box jumps + 11 push press

  5. 7 rds + box jumps + 4 push press

    v-ups instead of TTB

  6. 7 rds + box jumps + 5 pp (box step-ups, 45#, k2e attemps)

  7. 8 rds + 8 pp Rx

    Jumped off the box first round, felt good and is actually less tiring than step down. But started missing reps (jumping off top on accident, not sticking landing, etc.) in second round and decided to just step off.

  11. Modified to 21-15-9, step-ups, 45# PP, k2e/leg raises – did in about 11:30

  12. 6 + 1 PP (15″, 40lb, some hybrid of k2e and leg raises)

  13. 5 rds + box jumps + pp + 1 t2b rx

  14. 7 rds + 15 BJ rx

  15. 7 rds + 3 t2b rx

  16. 8 + 11 bj. rx. stepped off and swi tched to jump off halfway through, found it much more efficient.

    Jerk 3-3-3-1-1-1: 85×3, 90, 95, 100, 105(PR!)

    Hang Snatch 3×5 up to 70#
    Jerk 3-3-3-1-1-1 90,95,100,105×2,110 – I got pretty tired after all those jerks in the open wod!

  26. Saturday make up class:
    5 rds + box jumps + 7 push press (20″ box / 57# pp)

  27. 7 + 6 push press rx.. time to work on high rep shoulder to overhead
