  2. 8+30rx. Thought I had to start over on DU’s at each fail for some reason, 6 burpees.

  3. 6+5 @ 105. subbed 5 c2b for 4 pc. resting lower back from yesterday

  5. 7 rds + pcs + fs + 13 situps. zero penalties. rested a lot before fs’s.

    If I don’t like the games wod, I think I’ll try this again on Saturday without the penalty and see if I get more or less rounds.

    SU’s instead of DU’s (about 40 SU’s/rd)

  8. I did some DUs at home today. I can get 5 or 6 in a row now. Is it just me, or do tall people have to whip the rope around a lot faster to make it work?

    1. you have a little longer rope so it may require a tad bit more flick of the wrist to get the rope around. Be patient, they will come faster than you think.

    2. Yes Baron, I have the same problem. Being tall really makes it difficult for me to do double unders.

    9 burpees total but i consider it a personal accomplishment that i burpeed because of broken DUs and not broken FS hoorah

    1. It was 55#. I know because I’m an awesome husband and broke down your bar after your back seized up.
