    WOD: 4 rounds & up to 2 OHS in round 5 (25#)

  5. 4.5 rds rx sub thrusters for OHS’s. No tape+no chalk=no OHS’s.

  7. P.C.: 121# all the way through, *tried* to do full squats cleans the whole time, but it didn’t really work out that way.
    WoD: 4+1 Rx

  9. No cleans
    WOD: 4 + 4 OHS @ 55#, hit it a little lighter today

    Strength: 67, 4×57 worked on squat clean technique — still uncomfortable with touch and go on this so went light
    WOD: 3rnds + 9burpees (35# and this was the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable in an OHS)

  12. cleans: 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, then up to 235# x1
    WOD: 5 + 5 burpees RX

  13. Cleans: worked up to 90 kg x 3

  14. Home WOD: 3 rds of 10 push-ups, 15 pc (60#-ish),20 kb swings (20#), 25 wallballs (8#), 30 sit ups.

    Need heavier kb & wb here at home. Would also be handy to know how much my bar actually weighs.

  15. SC: 77, 82, 89, 99, 104 (all touch and go, full squat cleans)

    WOD: 3 rds + 4 OHS (@65#, burpees over bar but parallel not bar facing. Took burpees slow because my calf/shin/ankle region is trashed from two days of quasi-fast running)

  16. Hotel gym.

    Weighted box dips and dumbell bench press (40 lb)

    3 sets of 15 with no breaks.

    2 minute rest

    4 sets off 15 v-ups. 30 seconds between sets

  17. SC: 95-95-100-115-120#
    WOD: 2.5 rounds Rx

  18. Hotel gym wod again

    12 min AMRAP

    10 dumbell push press (30lb)
    10 dumbell squats (30lb)
    10 paralette pushups

    I either did 8 or 9 rds plus the pp and the squats. I lost count. I blame it on being hypnotized by the mirror in front of me the entire workout.

    WOD: 3 rds (57# rd 1, 50# rds 2 + 3, lateral burpees due to space constraints)

  20. SC: 70, 80, 90, 95, 105

  21. SC: 92 (1)
    WOD: 3 rds + 3 burps (57#)

    WOD: 3 rds + 10 burpees + 3 ohs (40# ohs)
