    Runs were a bit of a mess… took the 32# sand bag and ran to the train tracks immediately after finishing the 1st WOD. 2nd run was the correct distance, but I missed my time at the top. Third run: 37 seconds.

    HOME WOD: Army Physical Fitness Test
    2 minutes max pushups – 76 reps (100/100 pts)
    2 minutes max situps – 76 reps (100/100 pts)
    2 mile run 14:46 – 90 reps (90/100 pts)

    290/300 pts total.

    Army regs mandate at least ten minutes rest between exercises and a flat two mile course. I shortened the rests to two minutes between the pushups and situps and four minutes between the situps and run. Also, my two mile course is dauntingly hilly.

  21. WOD 1: 3 rounds (65# which mysteriously turned into 70# somewhere along the way, did 20 DU with a bunch of singles thrown in for good measure)

    WOD 2: 29, 29, 27 with 22# bag

  22. WOD 1: 4 rounds + C&J and 12 DU (stupid DU miss on last round, should have got all 5) @ 115#

    WOD 2: 28,28,29(stumbled, almost ate it on the last meter) @ 52#

  23. WOD1: 4 rds + 2C&Js (double unders held me up… surprisingly c&js were like cake – first two sets touch and go, unbroken)

    WOD2: 31, 30, 30 (32#)

  24. 4rds @ 95# (struggled on DUs despite the quick/light C&J)
    39, 29, 30 @32# (forgot to sprint on the 1stsand one)

  25. 4:07 w/ 155# squat cleans. Then 25,26,29 w/ 52#. Worst/best butt pain ever.

    Wod 3: 5 kbs@ 70 + 5 burpee pull ups + 5 kbs + sprint 100m ( 3x w/ 2-3 mins rest b/w sets)

    B: This days #1 – 3:20rx.
    C: 4 rounds with 4 mins rest; 25 sec airdyne sprint, 20 unbroken pullups
