    solid 105#.

    Nothing less than 5# plates here, so I shot for the moon with 110# annnnnd no. Didn’t even get it up to my eyes.

    WOD: 14:38 sub 3 BB strict PU+3 RB Ring Dip for MU. Sub 25#DB thruster for WB.

  5. SP: up to 150#

    WOD: 10:31 with CTB PUs and Dips – my first time doing consistent CTB PUs and full depth on the dips, so I’m happy with that.

  6. SP: worked up to 92#, a PR for me. In November my PR was 55 pounds. Progress!

    WOD: 7:51 with 14-pound ball, ring rows, blue-band ring dips.

    Nice job Dan on the body-weight press!

    Landon, I tried the feet in front on the box thing, and somehow it felt like my ribs were going to break!

    total bonk day…at least i worked on minimal chalk/grip strength for PUs
