WOD: 14:38 sub 3 BB strict PU+3 RB Ring Dip for MU. Sub 25#DB thruster for WB.
SP: up to 150#
WOD: 10:31 with CTB PUs and Dips – my first time doing consistent CTB PUs and full depth on the dips, so I’m happy with that.
SP: worked up to 92#, a PR for me. In November my PR was 55 pounds. Progress!
WOD: 7:51 with 14-pound ball, ring rows, blue-band ring dips.
