Only 1.5 miles? I think Rx is 5k with a weight vest… just saying
Phew, haven’t done this one in a while. Last time was 2 hours 37 minutes. Feeling sub-2 tomorrow.
Everything looks very manageable, except for that 1.5 mile run near the end.
