  • 200 Deadlifts (95/65)
  • 200 Hang Cleans (95/65)
  • 200 Push Press (95/65)
  • 200 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 200 Pullups
  • 200 Pushups
  • 200 Burpees
  • Run 1.5 Miles
  • 1000 Double Unders

We are only running one class in the evening (at 5:30PM) because this WOD will take so long.

  1. Only 1.5 miles? I think Rx is 5k with a weight vest… just saying

  2. Phew, haven’t done this one in a while. Last time was 2 hours 37 minutes. Feeling sub-2 tomorrow.

  3. Everything looks very manageable, except for that 1.5 mile run near the end.
