  1. 25:45, 45# SC, subbed ring rows for PUs, only half the third round (had to leave a little early and it was LONG!)

  2. 34:58: Rx first round, 65# for squat clean last two

  3. 25:30- sub 95# PC for SC (knees barking)

    Watch your hands boys and girls! The humidity is a killer during the pullups…

    1. this workout actually sounds enjoyable if its with PCs

  4. 25:56- (30, 15, 10 and 800’s) @ 64#

    Sub Hang SC @ 35#(focus on spinal stability), BB PU.
    The squat cleans felt good. I maybe could have gone heavier, but these are the first time I’ve done a complex move post-injury. Running killed me. Fail.

  13. 29:17 scaled down to 15 cleans at 90# and 20 strict pull ups instead of 30 kipping.

  14. 31:51 @ 30 95# SC, 15PU (so sweaty I was falling off after 1 rep), 800m per round for 3 rounds

    scaled to 30/20/10 reps (cleans @67#) and still 800m runs

  16. did bp 185 5×5 while watching Kids Crossfit. Awesome job with that class Chris – they all had a blast!
