25:45, 45# SC, subbed ring rows for PUs, only half the third round (had to leave a little early and it was LONG!)
34:58: Rx first round, 65# for squat clean last two
25:30- sub 95# PC for SC (knees barking)
Watch your hands boys and girls! The humidity is a killer during the pullups…
this workout actually sounds enjoyable if its with PCs

The squat cleans felt good. I maybe could have gone heavier, but these are the first time I’ve done a complex move post-injury. Running killed me. Fail.
