- Rest 2:30
During each rest interval hold a Planche progression for at least 5 seconds.
- Be sure to warm-up thoroughly before these intervals.
- Take turns on the AirDyne and Prowler.
Reminder: There will be no noon class today. 6 AM, 9:30 AM, and all evening classes are still on.

Did some light good mornings as well (all sets of 5): 67, 67, 67, 77, 77, 89
Done on Friday at a park in Falls Church: KB swings + HS; KB squats + skin the cats; TGU + one-arm-chin-up eccentrics; then 8 x 10 sec sprints with 2:30 rest working on planche. Fun way to get some sun!
