Jason wanted me to share this with everyone:
I’d like to take a second and thank all of you for making my time at Crossfit Charlottesville such a wonderful experience. To Kyle, Landon and Chris, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to teach others about the great things we do at this gym. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a trainer, and hopefully I managed to actually teach people a few things in the process. To everyone I trained, thank you for being such amazing clients. Helping everyone improve and succeed is a tremendously rewarding thing, and I’m grateful for being able to share in those successes with you. You were all friendly, caring, and hard-working, which made my job a whole lot easier.
I will miss many things about Charlottesville, but this gym and its community are among the things I will miss the most. Keep PRing, take care, and please come visit me and Lydia (and baby!) in Boston!
Thanks for being a part of our gym! We’ll miss you!

You guys will definitely be missed! I know that Lex and I wouldn’t have even heard of CrossFit Charlottesville if it weren’t for the two of you telling us about throwing medicine balls against a wall… We thought you were crazy two years ago, and I don’t think much has really changed.
I think there are many of us who have joined CrossFit solely because of the Glaws evangelizing efforts, and we are definitely a better community because of it.
Best wishes and good luck on your northern adventure!
We’ll miss you guys. (please post baby pics!)
All the best to you!
Jason – I haven’t seen you in a while (don’t think I’ve met Lydia), but my wife Lynn just finished onramp classes with you and told me you’re leaving. I’m happy for you and Lydia, but I will miss you! You have made a big difference in my life. CrossFit has resulted in a lot of great things in the last few months, in other areas of life such as work and family, and I’m grateful to you for helping me get started on the road to better fitness and self-esteem. Best of luck with the family! Lynn and I have 17-month-old twins and although there was a lot of missed sleep and other seemingly negative things for the first year or so, they’re a real delight.
You two are awesome and we’ll miss you! Best wishes as you move to Boston– I hope there’s a box close by for you all 🙂
I love you guys and I miss you so much already! Eat lots of Pizzeria Regina and Lyndell’s cupcakes for me! 🙂
Great to meet you both. Good luck in Boston
All the best and warmest regards for all three of you. Take care.
Thanks for all the good times and smiles Jason! I hope that you and Lydia enjoy the Northeast and Boston – Crossfit/Reebok ground zero! And have fun with the little worm!
The gym, and C’ville itself, just won’t be the same with the family Glaw. But if CF has taught us anything (or science), it’s that we must adapt to evolve and stay strong! And that Boston isn’t *too* far away. Good luck with everything! You two are amazing!
