Thursday Workout: Power Cleans, Box Jumps, and Double Unders

WOD

3 rounds of 1:30 each:

  • Power Clean x 4
  • Box Jump (24/20″) x 10
  • Max reps Double Under

Rest 9 min btwn rounds, during which practice Forward Rolls and trainer-led running drills.

Notes

  • The power cleans should be touch-and-go reps at a medium-heavy weight.
  • Scale the double-unders to single-unders if need be.

  5. Shoulda seen me (us) try to run out of the back of the plane. Very determined but not very coordinated.

    1. Being hooked together like conjoined twins is not the best way to be fleet of foot. Another pair tried the same exit later in the day, faceplanted about two feet from the door and slid out and over the tailgate. Nobody was hurt so it was hilarious.
