  2. HPC for PC; @98lb. I didnt really push this bc can’t risk dropping the weights at my gym. I faked myself out at 102 and got only 1 rep. Still sad bc pre injury PCs were up in the 120s

    WODL 4 rd + 2 pp; 67lb for the PC/PP. Knee PU. This wasted my upper body.

    1. That should say faked myself out@ 111. (but also at 102). So 1 rep at each.

    Also – might have been some confusion between the board and the website this morning. Rx weights online are posted as (135/95) but the board in the gym after the noon class stated (95/65). We changed it back to the heavier weight for the afternoon/evening classes. To be safe, it might be worth your while to post your weights if your Rx’d so that you aren’t confused when you look back at this post in the future.
