@MHGDH: Spent about 30 min on the “fluid rower” cranked up to the max. resistence (20) focusing on deadlift style form.
It says I went about 3800m, which is probably wrong. Its very different from a concept 2 and felt easier to get the correct form, very much felt like deadlifting from the floor for 30 minutes… harder to get my heart rate up than the concept 2 but felt like a better strength workout.
12:00ish (at home, subbed back-squats because hands too torn up for deadlifts, and added more HSPU because I need the practice).
So, basically a different wod, I guess.
