    * My shoulders felt a little beat up, so I tried to dial it back a notch on the WOD. Landon and Scott, thanks for working with me on my kip. It’s made a HUGE difference on muscle ups and CTB pullups!

    WOD: 7:12 (subbed box jumps + dips for reps of 20, 16, 12, etc due to shoulder problem)

  4. At home. DL: from 135 up to 225. No WOD.

    I did some pullups though, and got the same throbbing crown headache as Monday. I’m not dehydrated, again. 🙁 Probably gonna see my doc.

  5. At Crossfit Telluride again today. We did workout 12.3 from the Open.
