  1. WOD 2:34 w/ 45# bar. Went light bc snatches tend to be hard on my back, but it was maybe too light because I used my arms more than I should have.

    Followed by 30 min on the rope… footwork is getting much better, quickly.
    Followed by 3 miles walking.

    1. That should have said Hang snatches.

  2. WOD; 3:53 @65# (should have gone to 70-75# but was intimidated by the reps)

  3. WOD: 6:44, first 10 reps @95#, then remainng reps @75#.

    20 min AMRAP (teams of 2):
    30 kb swings 35#
    20 med ball cleans 14#
    400m runs

    5 rounds and 42 reps rx (split even with partner)
