  1. PU: 3-3-3-3-2(fail on 3rd) of strict deadhang chin-ups.

    Followed by 1/2 hr boxing lesson.

    I was out sick for a week, so now getting back in the gym.. harder than normal.

  2. PU: 8lbx3, 8lbx3, 3, 2 fail, 1 fail (July 4 pull-up workout killed me today)
    Run: 18# vest 1:14; no weight 1:07, 1:05, 1:08, 1:05. I pity/admire those of you who will do this in the heat later… 🙂

  3. 15@0,45,53,53,58,63×2 all strict
    52,58,60,1:09,1:04 w22# black vest (it now weighs 24#s)

  4. weighted PU 1rm: 20# (at 150# bw)

    this was after 2 days of pretty intense lifting sessions that killed my shoulders, so I’m curious if I could have managed the 25# PU were I fresh.

    sprints: 50, 52, 55, 58, 57 (with 20ish)

  8. First day back after almost 2 months off!

    PU: 2 sets of dead hang pull-ups, 3 sets with a red band

    Sprints: 1:05, 1:15, 1:00, 1:14, 1:13 (all but the 3rd one were with a 14 lb sandbag)

  9. Weighted PUs:

    1.5 pood KB / 53# for all sets.

    WOD:

    32# sandbag: 0:59, 1:07, 1:09, 1:05, 1:02

    Thanks to Thomas, Ed, and Aaron for the motivation! My crippling July 4th hangover made this one particularly interesting.

  10. In the sand today: 2rds, about 25min. Was supposed to be 3rds, but had to stop due to blistered feet (the sand was HOT today!)
