  1. Not allowed to DL, so made up the PCs from Fri:
    Hang power cleans on the minute: 6@89, 3@98, 1@102(failed second attempt), 1@ 98. Still feel like I’m not reaching maxes on PC bc I can’t risk dropping at this gym… I end up faking myself out a lot.

    WOD: 3 rds + 7 Snatch. Snatch@ 45#, sub hands-off-ground PU for burpees bc of injured foot.

    After more than a week off, it’s great to be back.Still no power where we live, but they say today’s the day.

    back is still hurting despite more than two weeks rest – lame

    7 mins:
    20 second freestanding handstand hold
    5 burpees
    20 air squats

    4 rounds and 4 burpees

  23. Still at home
    WOD: 2 rounds plus 4 burpees @40#
    Worked on handstand holds – 3 @ 30secs

  24. DL: 275×6, 285×2, 297×2.
    WOD: 2 rds + 15 snatches (most snatches were from the ground & sub 20 DU for air squats)
