    WOD: 11:58. BUT! Did all DU for the first time, which did slow me way down since I can’t string more than 2-4 together at a time. Plus I forgot the third KB was 40, so I lost about 30 seconds when I thought I was done after 20. 🙂

    WOD: 9:00 (60 KB swings @45#, 40 @35#, 300 Single unders)

  3. Going light on the BS to focus on form and make sure my knees are feeling comfy.
    BS: 67, 90, 111, 111, 111. These felt good and very easy.

    Done after an intense 40 min boxing session.

    WOD: 11:03rx
    * The headaches/my neck still really bothered me today, even in the warm-up. I took it light on the squats, trying to avoid the headaches. The KB swings weren’t bad, but for some reason the headaches came back during the double unders. I had to back off and go single, single, double. I still did a total of 50 du’s but it definitely added time. Scheduling an appt. with a dr. today.

  5. BS: up to 155, which felt really heavy for some reason.
    WOD: 12:10 with a 45# KB, and a mixture of DUs and DU attempts.

    Where was everyone at 9:30? I was the only one! Bonus: I got great one-on-one DU coaching from Meg.

    WOD: 6:30 ish with Russian swings and plenty of rest

    WOD: 8:30 (40 swings @ 53#, 60 @ 45#, all Russian)
