  • 10 Fat bar thrusters, (135 / 95 lbs) (use regular bar)
  • 10 Power cleans (205 / 125 lbs)
  • 10 Toes to bar
  • 10 Burpee muscle-ups
  • 10 Toes to bar

    * 135lbs for OHS, burpee PUs, 185 PCs. Everything else was Rx.
    NO HEADACHES TODAY!!!!! I tried muscle ups, got one, failed on the 2nd and 3rd, said screw it and started over with pullups.

  2. 12:01, 67# OHS, PCs, Thrusters, burpee pull-ups, 18″ box and didn’t jump all the way over. T2B turned into knee to chest. Never done OHS in a workout and found it very hard.

  17. 11:16 — 25#OHS, rx box jump-overs (all the way over), 55#thruster/PC, K2C, jumping MU. Got so excited about jumping MU that I forgot to burpee…. so I did 10 after the jumping MU. Ooooooops.

  18. Used 95# for all exercises.
    Accidentally added an extra 10 burpee pullups after the 2nd T2B, which really sucked. Finished at around 18 mins. Thanks to everyone in the noon class for the support!

  19. 1st time doing OHS, and 1st time doing thrusters.

  20. 18:40 @ 89# OHS and Thrusters, 133# power cleans, 7 MU’s/3 failed MU’s, RX box jumps and T2B. FUNNNN stuff
