NO HEADACHES TODAY!!!!! I tried muscle ups, got one, failed on the 2nd and 3rd, said screw it and started over with pullups.
12:01, 67# OHS, PCs, Thrusters, burpee pull-ups, 18″ box and didn’t jump all the way over. T2B turned into knee to chest. Never done OHS in a workout and found it very hard.

Used 95# for all exercises.
Accidentally added an extra 10 burpee pullups after the 2nd T2B, which really sucked. Finished at around 18 mins. Thanks to everyone in the noon class for the support!
