  1. Power Snatch – 15, 15, 15, 15, 10
    Pushups – 30, 30, 25, 20, 20
    Pullups – 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
    Total = 245

    My brain was not functioning after this one and simple addition apparently was pretty difficult. I wrote a total of 195 on the board and that’s incorrect. I’ll admit, I did not go all out and instead went at about 85%, trying to be consistent. That being said, I still gassed pretty hard.

    wod: dnf- tweeked my back on 1st round of snatches. Did about 5 snatches, 40 pushups, and 25 pullups in 2 rds before deciding to rest it

  4. worked up to some heavy power snatches on Tuesday before leaving town: 60 kg x 3, several 70 kg x 1, failed at 75 kg

    I’m on the road one last time until mid-August. Looking forward to getting back and digging in this fall!

  9. PS up to 145#, did 2@150#
    wod: about 6 snatches, 20 pushups and 11 pullups per round

  10. PS – 89#
    WOD: 31, 60, 45 @ 79# (146 total)
    PS didn’t feel great today, some timing issues getting past the knee

    PS: 72#
    WOD: 29 snatches@62#, 85 push-ups, and 34 BB pull ups.

  12. Saturday make-up
    PS: Didn’t work up to max; Worked up to what I was going to do for the WOD. Don’t know what I was thinking. 55#
    WOD: Rounds of 41, 33, 31, 26, 25 (156 total) @ 55#

  13. Saturday make-up
    PS: 77#
    WOD: 21, 20, 19, 20, 18 (67#, RBPU)
    Oly: PP, 3×3: 79#; jumping squats, 3×3: 35#; SC+SJ every 30s for 10 mins: 99#x2, 89#x18

    1. realized i did the scoring for the wod incorrectly… 29 snatches (67#), 36 pushups, 33 RBPU

  14. Saturday make up class
    PS: 57#, 67# …then missed one and couldn’t get it back.
    WOD: 31,30,24,31,30 (55#, pplb pu)
