My brain was not functioning after this one and simple addition apparently was pretty difficult. I wrote a total of 195 on the board and that’s incorrect. I’ll admit, I did not go all out and instead went at about 85%, trying to be consistent. That being said, I still gassed pretty hard.

worked up to some heavy power snatches on Tuesday before leaving town: 60 kg x 3, several 70 kg x 1, failed at 75 kg
I’m on the road one last time until mid-August. Looking forward to getting back and digging in this fall!
