    *Literally ripped it today, my hand that is…I had a callus blow out Saturday and I thought it was healed up pretty well, but nope..it tore deeper :-/ oh well, thus is life! On a lighter note, I finally have my own jump rope!!!

      1. I’ve definitely started gripping the bar in my fingers and not the middle of my hand. My sleuth like skills of deduction tell me the number one culprit here is chalk. Duly noted, I’ll dial it back on the chalk! Thank you!

  4. 11:35 @67#, 150 SU/round, 16 BB pull-ups. Weak and uncoordinated today, most likely thanks to the plethora of candy I consumed during “American Ninja Warrior” last night. A ninja warrior, I am not.

    my WOD performances have been sucking the past few weeks, too many weekend competitions, and apparently not enough rest days. prob gonna scale back to 1-2 WODs per week the next several weeks.
