  1. Hit my first box WOD since late May and it was glorious. At Reebok Crossfit Gurgaon outside Delhi:
    60 Box jumps
    50 Push ups – hand release 
    40 Pull ups
    30 Weighted OH sit ups – 25/15 lbs
    20 Ring dips
    10 Hanstand push ups

    Power went out twice during the WOD but I think it was 7 or 8. My first lift attempts are gonna be scary. Have lost a tonnnn of strength and weight.

    WOD: 8:30 (again, raced out and didn’t write it down, so that’s a guess….) 2 pu and 3 box/parallette dips per round. Had to go fast to get out of there on time…

    WOD: 10:03 scaled version rx (oxymoron?)

    WOD – 13:44 Rx, all single reps
    apparently cant do MUs anymore

    30 Muscle-Ups: 8:55 rx’d

  10. PP: 82# (all rounds)
    WOD: 8:29 (5 RRs, 5 PUs)
    Shoulders are still pretty sore from doing 80 push ups on Tuesday, so I halved the reps.

  19. I was in beautiful Ouray, Colorado for a high-altitude workout at Hypoxia Gym (which is a crossfit gym, but it was a little hard to figure that out from their website).

    Backsquat: 12 minutes to 1RM, which I failed at 205… probably coulda done 200
    Full-squat clean: 12 minutes to 1RM, 145#
    Backsquats with a minute of rest: 8@135, 5@140, 3@160, 3@170, 1@180
