  7. 135#, 150 burpees or so

  8. 115#, 157 burpees
    * Went out way too hard in the first round, 24 and then 15 for 6, two rounds of 12 and finished with 20. Pacing is the name of the game!!!

    Concur with alexbjohnson. Why didn’t anyone remind us of 2012 Open WOD 1 strategy??

    1. This is why I aimed for 10 each round and just stopped when I got that… except for that one round when I took my sweet time and only got 9….

      1. oh yes and I despise burpees, as my low score can show
