  2. 7+4 box
    20″, 35#, leg raises/k2e

  3. Actually got half a round more than in March. Maybe because my shoulders weren’t exploded from the snatches the week before…. Or I’m just that more awesome now!

    8+15 BJ + 12 PP

  4. 7+3. Subbed air squats for box jumps due to sore knee.

  8. 5 + 27 (20″ step ups, 57#, toes-to-as-high-as-I-could-get-them)

  11. 9+12rx – Kyle you wrote that 9+16 aaaaaaaawfully small on that board! I might’ve had another 4 reps in me somewhere had I seen that hahaha! Oh well I guess that’s what I get for not playing through the whistle!

    100 V-ups, not for time
    Single Arm Bicep Curls 3×10 – 25# DB

    Subbed 57# hang power cleans for push press because of screwed up back.

  15. 7 rds + 23 rx (too many breaks – 1 round less than the open)

  16. 6 rounds + 17, 50#, a few toes to bars then knees to chest

  17. 5 (maybe 6) + 23 @95# (need to string some kips together)

  18. 7rds + 27
    (subbed dumbells for barbell, and toes-to-rings for T2B…working around injury)
