  1. Don’t forget about Barbell Club tonight at 7!!! Expect to get familiar with the clean and jerk, and possibly say hello to the A2A front squat while you’re at it. Abs and pullups can play, too!!!

    Barbell Club meets again both Saturday and Sunday at noon, and the more the merrier! Come lift!

    300m Farmers Walk (50lbs dumbbells or 53 kettlebells/35) -out back door to end of alley and back

    300m plate carry (45/35) -out back door to end of alley and back
    50 Burpees
    50 Hang Power Snatch (45/35)
    300m Suitcase Walk (50/35 using one arm) -out back door to end of alley and back

    300m Waiter Walk (45/35) -out back door to end of alley and back

    50:24 Rx except for about half of the waiter walk I carried the plate with two hands.

    1. That sounds brutal. I like how they stick 100 pullups in the beginning. Ain’t no thang.

      1. The part that sucked about the pullups is that they were right after the farmers walk so I had to do 100 pullups with no grip. Forgot to include the two mile round trip walk from the hotel and back. Not for time…

    Barbell Club: Worked on Clean & Jerk technique up to 177#, which was 12# less than the PR that I hit during Monday’s strength session. BUT we were working on form tonight. Onward and upward!
